SOS Veihjelp wins “Best in test customer service”

We are proud to announce that SOS Veihjelp, on behalf of NAF Veihjelp, was awarded the prize for the Best in test customer service prize in the roadside category (Best i test Kundeserviceprisen kategori Veihjelp) at the Call Center Dagene 2015 conference last week.

Call Center Dagene is Scandinavia’s largest conference for leaders and decision makers within customer service and this year the focus was on the mechanisms for building a good service culture.

The prize was awarded on the basis of the fantastic service received on mystery calls to SOS Veihjelp.

We are very proud of this recognition of our excellent level of customer service. A high level of customer service is important in order to remain a trusted partner to our customers and provide the optimal end-user experience.
