What do we expect?

No matter which part of SOS International you are employed in, you are an important part of our company.

Operating a 24/7 platform means a changing and unpredictable workload which requires a high degree of flexibility, compassion and readiness. Therefore, we expect employees in SOS International to be engaged and energetic.

To be considered for a position in SOS International you have to speak one of the Nordic languages as well as English fluently as a minimum, and you must be prepared to learn the other Nordic languages on a basic level. Speaking other languages is only an advantage.

What can you expect?

To help achieve our goal we constantly need to enhance the competencies of our employees, and we do this through job training as well as more theoretical courses – both during and after working hours. You will be part of an exciting company in growth.

Evaluation of applicants: When the deadline for application has expired, we evaluate all the applications and select the candidates we want to invite to a first interview.

The first interview: During the first interview, you will preferably meet with your potential manager and have a talk with him or her. The purpose of the first interview is to align the expectations of both the employer and the candidate. Based on this interview, the manager selects two or three applicants for a second interview

The second interview: Prior to the second interview, you may be asked to fill out a personal profile analysis. The analysis is used as a tool to dig a step deeper into the job description. Upon agreement, we will contact some of your references as a part of the overall assessment.
