SOS International is growing in health insurance

Measured on customers, employees and network of treatment providers, SOS International Healthcare is becoming an increasingly significant player – especially in the Swedish market.

In the course of the past year, SOS International has expanded its activities within Healthcare, especially in Sweden. In 2020, this has meant, amongst others, that the organisation has acquired three new, major customers, SEB, Gjensidige and Länsförsäkringar. SOS International has moved to new premises in Gothenburg with room for a larger clinic and more staff; and has expanded its network of psychologists and physiotherapists.

- We are now one of the leading providers of assistance and services within health insurance and we provide all-round cover from the first contact in healthcare planning to psychological treatment, physiotherapy, and medical advice, says Gustav Dahlberg, EVP, SOS International, Healthcare.

Going forward, SOS International will continue to focus on the digital transformation which ensures a better customer journey and provides for even more efficient treatment processes for policy holders as well as a higher degree of automated work processes at SOS International.

- We deliver digi-physical treatments through combinations of personal consultations, online or by means of digital self-help programmes, says Gustav Dahlberg.

In addition to a nationwide network of psychologists and physiotherapists, naprapaths, chiropractors and nurses are also part of the medical staff at SOS International.
