Telematics call center
SOS International has extended experience in supporting the car industry services within telematics. At our alarm centre, we can handle e-call, b-call and i-call and we balance the personal and digital assistance through modern IT systems and integration possibilities as well as dedicated and trained staff who respond and support and if necessary forward emergency requests to for example 112.
Connecting to the car and utilizing the car data we can call the car, connect to the driver, read out technical data, and if necessary request ambulance or other aid helping the driver in the stressful situation.
SOS International are taking firm strategic actions to prepare and enable our national call centers to be the preferred 3rd party service provider of e-Call.
