Sustainability

At SOS International, we recognize that it is more important than ever to run our business with care and responsibility — especially in a world undergoing significant change.

As regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations evolve, we must ensure that our operations and value chain can meet those expectations, seize new opportunities, and manage potential challenges. With a double materiality assessment and a sustainability strategy in place, we are well on our way.

Our Integrated Report 2024 presents our economic, social, and environmental performance throughout the year in a single, consolidated report.

Integrated Report 2024

In 2024, SOS International achieved its best financial result in 12 years. This was driven, among other factors, by high travel activity, leading to an increased case volume in the Travelcare Division, as well as periods of severe winter weather, resulting in an unprecedented demand for roadside assistance in the Mobility Division.

At SOS International, we help people, and in 2024, we handled a total of 2.5 million calls and more than 1.35 million cases.

With a deep understanding of our impacts, risks, and opportunities, we established a sustainability strategy in 2024, based on what matters most to us, our customers, suppliers, and the people we assist every day.

The 2024 Annual Report presents our financial, social, and environmental performance throughout the year in a single integrated report.
