Annual report 2021
2021 was another year when COVID-19 changed our travel patterns and ways of living and working. For the second year in a row, the virus is leaving its mark on the financial results of SOS International’s annual report.
Despite the pandemic, SOS International managed to retain and attract customers. In the annual customer satisfaction survey, our customers give SOS International 5.9 on a scale of 1 to 7.
SOS International remains in a strong financial position to develop and strengthen its market position in the coming years.
